Shipping

All GMSV products are made to order and fulfilled by Printful. Because each piece is printed specifically for you, please allow time for production before shipment.

Production Time

Orders are typically produced within 2–5 business days before being shipped.

Estimated Delivery Times

  • United States: 3–8 business days after production
  • International: 10–20 business days after production

Shipping times are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays, customs processing, or high demand periods. During peak seasons such as Black Friday and Christmas, production and delivery times may be longer than usual. We recommend ordering early during holidays to ensure timely delivery.

International Orders & Customs

International shipments may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, or fees imposed by the destination country. These charges are the responsibility of the buyer and are not included in your order total. Please check with your local customs office for more information before placing an international order.

Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number so you can follow your order every step of the way.

Returns & Exchanges

Because all products are made to order and printed on demand, we do not accept returns or exchanges for buyer's remorse or incorrect size selection. Please review our size guides carefully before ordering to ensure the best fit.

Damaged or Defective Items

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, we will make it right. Please contact us within 30 days of delivery with:

  • Your order number
  • A clear photo of the issue

We will arrange a replacement or refund at no cost to you.

Lost Packages

If your package is marked as delivered but you have not received it, please check with neighbors and your local post office first. If the package is confirmed lost, contact us and we will work with Printful to resolve the issue.
